Suggest Treatment For Dry Flaky And Itchy Skin On The Right Foot

Hello, Hoping you can at least lead me in the right direction? I ve had this problem now for about 5 years. My right (and only my right) foot (including between the toes, on top & sides of toes, bottom and sides of foot) like a moccasin, the skin has been very dry, flaky, wrinkly and itchy. However, it doesn t always itch. When it does, it s excruciating, unbearable, really itchy. I have to scratch it! It s usually more active at night and sometimes keeps me up at night, wakes me in my sleep. When I scratch, I can feel little blisters under my skin. It s these little blisters forming under my skin that are making me crazy itchy. They re filled with fluid. Usually they don t make it to the surface to break, occasionally they do and then I get some relief. Sometimes I scratch deep enough till I bleed but feels better than the itching. The skin has become tough and think. I have tried Everything!!! I ve been to Dermatologists and foot Dr. s. All promising they can help me with no luck. I ve had samples of my skin and toes nails tested a few times and even deep skin biopsy s. I was told it s NOT fungal or bacterial. Tests are negative for whatever they re testing for which can t be everything. My toe nails on this foot are thin, more yellow, flaky and weak, grow faster than the ones on the other foot. That came out positive for toe nail fungus but who doesn t have some toe nail fungus? I m not convinced that s what s causing it because they still can t find the cause or correct diagnosis for my skin. This hasn t spread in 5 years to anywhere else on my body. It started in-between my toes, then under my toes, then bottoms of feet to sides within the first to second year of having it. I ve tried many prescription anti-itch, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial creams including steroid creams and none of them helped. They did (can type this with absolute certainty) nothing. Some may have helped after the first &/or second application but I d use the entire tube everyday or whatever the prescription was and no improvement in the end. The last diagnosis I was given was severe dermatitis but that s a symptom of something. To me, that s not a diagnosis. What is causing it?? and the treatment for this condition was not helping. I ve also tried many natural remedies like tea tree oil and deep moisturizing creams, eczema creams to coconut oil etc...and nothing worked. No-matter how much lotion or oil and how often I put on my foot to moisten the skin, it s just always dry. Any Help or advise is Welcome & greatly appreciated! I m at my wits end and tired of hearing Dr s telling me they can help me and ends up a dead end. I feel like I have a mystery foot problem which sounds funny but it really isn t. I literally have to take off my shoes and scratch in agony no-matter where I am or what I m doing and it keeps me awake all night which deeply affects my work and health. PS, Sometimes it feels like there s literally something under my skin, tickling it, like a bug. Thank you, Melanie
