Hi & Welcome to HCM.

You need to take anti rabies vaccination.

The fact that rabies is a fatal disease and the virus responsible for this disease is transmitted in the saliva of the rabid animal like dog.
Since you had a dog bite without a penetrative wound but noticed swelling and a blood clot that could have resulted from scratches or abrasions which resulting in swelling or clot formation due to actual bite with saliva. So, you need to take at least 4 intrarmuscular injections on days 0, 3, 7, & 14 into the deltoid muscle.

Along with inj tetanus toxoid (which you have already taken) a thorough washing of the wound with soap/detergent and water, followed by the application of ethanol or an aqueous solution of iodine or povidone should also be done.

Hope to have answered your query.

Best wishes.
