I have dizzy spells sometimes when I get up. I have chronic sinusitis and get congested. Dizziness is severely pronounced when I get up from prone and cough at the same time. I have occasionally nearly passed out completely. I am 65 years old, do not smoke, but I have been treated for Mantel Cell Lymphoma for the last 7 years, with every other month chemo of Rituxian and doing very well on those treatments. Thanks
