Suggest Treatment For Dizziness , Lightheadedness And Tingling Sensation In The Arms

I have been having random dizzy, light headedness accompanied by tingling in my arms and hands. After blood work and X-rays nothing showed abnormal but it is bad enough that I have missed time from work. Can this possibly be caused by early onset of menopause? It lasts longer than just an hour or so.

Your symptoms are suggesting two probable diagnosis:
1. Cervical spondylosis and associated cervicogenic vertigo
2. Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
It does not seem to be arising from your menopause surely.
All you can do is apply a hot pack, prevent too much of pillows while sleeping and consult a doctor to suggest you required medications, and necessary exercises.
you can consult a PMR physician, an orthopedician, or a neurosurgeon.
