Hi,
Dizziness, lightheadedness and buzzing sensation in the ear is often associated with high blood pressure or diabetes mellitus.
I would suggest you to measure your blood pressure and if it is higher than 140/80, go and see a doctor. He will measure your blood pressure two or three more times in the following days, and if needed he will prescribe you a treatment for this condition.
You will also have to measure fasting blood glucose levels, and if you have a higher level in two measurements, you will have to see your doctor or an Endocrinologist, as you may have to take treatment for this as well.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wish you good health.
