Suggest Treatment For Dizziness , Excessive Sweating And Nose Bleed

My best friend was riding a horse and said she felt dizzy. Seconds later her nose was bleeding so bad. She turned pale white and was dropping with sweat. She couldn t catch her breath and was sobbing. She kept a tissue on her nose and a string of blood came out. It was so red it was black. She was also coughing blood. The past few days she has been vouching and her ears have been clogged. What s wrong with her?

Your friend needs to see a doctor - either an ENT or an internal medicine specialist. Causes for nasal bleed, dizziness and the other symptoms you have mentioned can be from either ENT related or due to other general conditions of the body. A proper diagnosis cannot be arrived by these descriptions - so please visit.
