My best friend was riding a horse and said she felt dizzy. Seconds later her nose was bleeding so bad. She turned pale white and was dropping with sweat. She couldn t catch her breath and was sobbing. She kept a tissue on her nose and a string of blood came out. It was so red it was black. She was also coughing blood.
