Suggest Treatment For Dizziness , Ear Ache And Stomach Upset

During night when I get up to go to the bathroom I was dizzy but woke up in the morning and more dizzy. Started sweating on my face(head) some stomach upset, ears feel disordered, and needed to sit down. Did not faint but hour or so later started feeling less dizzy but still not normal.

Hi,Dear,Welcome to HCM. Based on the facts of your query,You seem to suffer from-Acute Antral Gastritis with Giddiness ,food induced?Acute on chronic alcohol induced Antral-Gastritis,which causes CTZ stimulation from food induced inflammation with Sympathetic sweating response with it.
Tinnitus like dizziness is due to the accomanied Vestibulitis caused from Antral Gastritis.
Treatment-
Antacids /PIP-Pantacid-D to control CTZ-Chemo receptor Trigger Zone
Bland Diet,Low on solid volumes/and spices,
Sweet and thin Butter Milk
Banana Milk Shakes,to reduce the IBS from irritants by bulk evacuation.
B-12/ Folic Acid Bulk doses with Vit Bples fort x 6-12 weeks
