Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 4 days post salpingectomy and endometrial ablation. I have been experiencing a lot of dizziness and now today a bit of nausea as well. No other symptoms that I know of. On no pain meds and no bleeding currently. I have a history of hemorrhage in the past (once with miscarriage and once following the c-section birth of my daughter). Concerned about possibility of internal bleeding given my history.
You need to check with your doctor and make sure that you are not anemic. It is not unusual to have some dizziness and nausea after a procedure like the one you have had. Make sure that your blood pressure is normal and that you are drinking lots of water. Avoid caffeine and alcohol as they can make you dehydrated and that can make the dizziness worse.
