I was severely anemic before my hysterectomy and I thought it was from my menstrual cycle. They were so bad I had to have a blood transfusion that has been almost 3 years ago. My dr told me my bloodwork came back that had still was severely anemic. I have been having bad dizzy spells and tired all the time. What do you think is coming from. She prescribed me iron pills ..but I want to get to the root of it.
