Suggest Treatment For Dislocated Shoulders With Degenerative L5/S1

I have had dislocated shoulders for years, I have a degeneration in L5/S1, and constant aggravated muscles in back all the time that knock me down for several days when they flair up. I ve seen several doctors about this, but all they wanta do is make me spend more money on MRI s and therapy. I have done X-ray s. What can I do about getting some real help and medications so I can get my life back and not hurt all the time?

my recommendation would be to have a MRI especially for your shoulder and l'ombre region if you have persisting pain and affects your life quality with pain. if it is not severe you can use some analgesics ((NSAII)
