I did pull ups last time and when I come I feel slight discomfort in my throat. When I woke up the next morning, there s this pain in the end of my throat right above the collarbone. May I know the cause of it, and the seriousness and treatments? Thanks
Hi, Welcome to HCM, Looks like you have sustained an injury to neck muscles, you have to allow the injury to heal sufficiently before attempting any exercise which utilises this muscle group. You have to rest up for a few days. You can also put an ice pack on your neck and shoulders for 20 to 30 minutes every 3 to 4 hours for 2 to 3 days or until the pain goes away.. you can take pain killer Tab Diclofinac 50mg when ever needed after food.... wish you a speedy recovery...
