Suggest Treatment For Discoloration On The Penis

Hi, maybe within these past two months I started noticing discoloration on my pelvis. It was all tan and then one day I looked and there was a ton of little circles all different sizes that are just a little lighter than my regular skin tone. I feel like I m getting more of them randomly here and there. It s only on my pelvis area though. I tried tanning to even the colors back out but I don t feel like it s working. This has never happened before. I always put lotion on and I especially have now, thinking it could just be dry, but it still isn t going away. There s no pain or bumps or anything like that. It is literally just small, lighter colored circles on my pelvis. What should I do? What is it? Should I see a dermatologist? Thanks!
