Suggest Treatment For Digestive Problem And Gas

i am 21 yr old male i had problem of gas,bloating,less breath,digestive problem 21/2 yr earlier after 3-4 monts its qure by some medicine & it was all righ after that but now 6 monts before i again start felling same symptoms after 3 monts i go for ultrasound then a gall stone detected and recently 1 1/2 monts befor i had undergo surgey & i was fine but i fill gas,discomfornt in ab what it can be and who it can be completly reduced i m little dipresed plz help me to get out from this

Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use simethicone medication
-Take probiotics
-Avoid chewing gum.
-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products
