Hello,

1. Infertility,

In your case, as the period is irregular, clomiphene citrate is good medicine which cannot only stimulate ovulation but also makes the cycle regular.

There are ample of treatments nowadays. Like, Intrauterine insemination can be done or if it fails, In-Vitro Fertilisation.

2. Fistula

There are medicines for fistula. You can also wait for 2-3 months for spontaneous resolve. But if after 2 months, fistula is still present, then, please, you have to do a surgical procedure.

But do not worry, it is safe and can be easily cured. Yes, there may be a chance of disturbance of fertility problem due to the fistula.

Other things that you are on (blood thinners, bag) until the reason do not get resolved, you should continue to have them.

You can do infertility treatment when you are ready. Nowadays, IUI cost has come down much.

In the meantime, you can have USG Lower Abdomen. Also, Thyroid Function Test (T3,T4,TSH) is recommended.

For any assistance, please do post another query. Thank you and it is your and your husband's decision when you are ready to do the infertility treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
