Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing And Muscle Cramp In Rib Cage

I am having trouble getting a good breath and it feels like I have a constant muscle cram from my back around my right rib cage. I went to the doctor and they said my lungs sound all clear, since I just got over bronchitis. Inhalers dont seem to help and I can't find a comfortable position to rest in. I barely got any sleep. What should I do?

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since your lungs are clear, no need to worry for bronchitis or major lung related diseases.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely in your case.
So better to follow these steps for symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid movements causing pain.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
5. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Don't worry, you will mostly improve with all these and be able to sleep also.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
