Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Breathing Through Nose

hi, my brother has difficulty in breathing through nose.few year back doctors operated on his nose bone and removed the excess part of it
but still he is having same problem.

some doctors suggested endoscoic surgery, but due to some issues we could not go for that

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The problem that you have mentioned is that of deviated nasal septum.
A deviated nasal septum can cause obstruction of the nasal passages and hence difficulty in breathing.
Surgery is the mainstay of treatment of deviated nasal septum.
However, if the problem is not resolved by surgery, you have to consult your treating doctor.
Normal surgery other than endoscopic surgery is also effective in treating the problem.
Thus, some other cause has to be looked for finding the cause of difficulty in breathing.
