Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea,vomiting And High Fever

every 2 to 3 weeks i start with diaoria soon followed by high temp that makes me delerious . soon after this i start heaving for over a day . then yellow bile pours out of me . my temp is so high that the bed is soaked . this will last 3 days . i am so weak after this for 2 more days

Get your abdominal ultrasound to rule out any organ swelling. You might have gall bladder related disease leading to secondary infection.
Get the treatment accordingly.
