Dear Doctor,
I got diarrhea two days ago. I find two parasite worms death in feces length +/- 4 cm,in the one of the parasite ,with magnifier ,I see there is something active alive, so I take pic with camera and upload to computer,in computer I see pic of kind of larva black color with two horns . In my eyes, its look like larva,but wondering why it's attached in one of the worm? (Originally it's attached at the edge of the worn,it's part of the worn, but because I tear it , it become separate in the photo ) It's very small unless I see it in computer I can't see what is it. In computer I see there is two horns at the black larva. I mention it larva, though I don't know whether it's larva or not. I'm scared and worry now, if it's death worm, my question is why the worm has black part which has two horns and alive. what's that ? I have been suffer from hungry every 1 hour, bloating, constipation and diarrhea sometimes ,stomach pain because too much acid,left intestine also pain sometimes,I'm weak & exhausted everyday, anxiety,depression,insomnia, feel heat inside my body,white thick layer in tongue, I got infection recurrent, stuffy nose in left nose especially, inflammation &bulging in left eye, and now pain in left heel, all pain in left mostly. Since I find the worms or parasite in feces, I think I have worm parasites and other parasites in my intestine or stomach or my body for years, that's why I'm ill everyday many illness and symptoms ,never recover though I have treated with antibiotics. Yesterday I take Vermox 500 mg 1 tablet, today also 1 tablet, tomorrow I will take 1 tablet more.But I'm not sure whether Vermox 500 mg 3 days therapy will kill all parasites I have since I see it's not only parasite worm but also another parasite with black larva with two horns? which I can't find any image or name for a parasite with two horns when I google .
If Vermox only kill the worms while I have other strange black colour parasites with two horns may still alive , what should I do after 3 days therapy, and shall I go to Specialist Doctor for parasite instead of GP?
How may days after Vermox therapy, I shall go to laboratory for inspection feces?
Any doctor can tell me what is that kind of worm parasite who has part black color with two horns attached in the worm's edge?
I hope there is Doctor here can answer my questions and guide what to do and tell me what kind of parasites? I'm so scared and worry and confused. Thank you for reading my letter carefully from the beginning till end.
