Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Nausea Despite Taking Zanocin

Doc...i hd severe stomach pain wth nausea n diarrhea 3 days back...i ws prescribed zanocin andbecelac and an anti emetic for 3 days...i weigh around 79 kgs..symptoms hd subsided bt after one day it is severe again...what to do?..shd i restart d antibiotc?
