Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Cramps

Just had colonoscopy 48 hours ago and having water diarreha and cramps. I had a soft egg last night and drinking smart water. Had a chicken sandwich at lunch and within 20 minutes had severe bathroom issues. Is this normal? How many days until the plumbing is back to normal? I did have some polyps removed but need to wait for results in a week or so. Can I take imodium or something or will that make it worse? Thanks

s this normal?
Some diarrhea is normal but since you had a polyp removed, that may be the reason as well but persistent diarrhea is not normal.
How many days until the plumbing is back to normal?
If you do not get well in the next twenty four to forty eight hours you should be seen.

Yes I would recommend that you should take immodium. Two capsules now and one after each loose stool, no more than 8 in any given day.
