Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Constipation
hi, i m a 21 year old male. i exercise regularly. i have started taking proteinx but its really making some serious problem with my digestive system. i m suffering from constipation and a kind of diarrhea also. so please tell me what can i do. now i am not taking proteinx and it feels good not suffering from constipation and not even feeling sick. now i am planning to take amway nutrilite protein powder . so tell me is it goo for me ?

First of all, protein supplements may cause altered bowels. It is better to avoid these. But once you get accustomed, problems generally don't occur thereafter. I would advise you to take healthy balanced diet. Also take tab pantoprazole-levosulpiride once daily before breakfast for 15days. It will normalise your motility and bowel.
