The way you have symptoms and the way they have progressed so far suggests that you have got some infection in your intestines, which in medical terms we call gastro enteritis. It can be viral or bacterial but it seems viral in your case, and in my opinion it is getting better, because with time body s own immunity gets activated and fights off the virus. It is expected that your problem will get better in another week or so. I would suggest you to keep taking enough fluids and fibre in your food , and eat easily digestible food items. If your problem continues to happen and doesn t get better in 4-5 days I would suggest you to visit your doctor he may want to run some tests on you and you might be needing antibiotics to get rid of your problem. In my opinion there is nothing to worry about eat clean, full of fibre fluids and if doesn t get settled, kindly visit a doctor soon.
