General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It might require a few more days to get a full recovery. You are taking correct treatment.

I should add supportive treatment:

- probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- tasectan or Pepto Bismol for the semiliquid motion
- increase water intake with oral rehydration salts to replace the lost electrolytes
- follow BRAT diet (banana, rice, apple sauce, toast). Keep regular follow-ups with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
