General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, though the report is indicative of low CD 4 and CD 3 counts, the therapy of HIV is very advanced now a days.

* The highly active anti retroviral therapy ( HAART ) is best modality of therapy which contains, nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor, non nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor, Protease inhibitor, others.

* The type of therapy with dosages are decided by acitivity of HIV virus in the body.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
