My brother(Indian) is 44, 5ft 9 inch height, diabetic (for the last 10 years) who has recently developed an eye problem (two months back) has also history of mild heart attack(5 months back) now is stated by a doctor that he has a severe kidney problem and probably his one of kidneys not functioning lately. He is presently admitted in a cheaper govt run Abu Dhabhi Hospital and referred to Vellore (India) hospital for treatment. I want to know that if he is brought to Delhi (AIIMS) wouldn t it better for him as quality of trreatment and cost effectiveness.
Hello, Since he has multiple problems arising out as complications of longstanding uncontrolled diabetes,it would be best to get him treated in government hospital because treatment in a private set up would be very expensive. As far government institution is concerned,AIIMS is the best place to get a cost effective, cheap, affordable and best treatment. Thanks
