Hi Doctor,
I m about 50 years, i am detected with sugar. and having pain and swelling in my feet. I am not able to sit, stand and walk due to pain in my joints.
My uric acid is normal in latest report.
Please Advice me.

dear sir I can understand your concern
in my opinion swelling with pain might be due to infection in skin called cellulitis
in this condition there might be warmth and redness in the skin
the next possibility might be due to diabetic neuropathic kind of pain associated with swelling of feet due to independent problem like increase in pressure
I suggest you to check your complete blood counts, diabetic profile and blood pressure
