Suggest Treatment For Deviated Septum
I am a boy 20 yrs old and i have allergic rhinittis and it got cured a little bit not fully doctor said i have deviated symtom and i have to do septoplasy but its 2 3 month i havent done that but now from someday i feel difficulty in sallowing at night only feels like swollen and when i put hands on neck i found a small lump and it become smaller in some day but today i feel difficulty in sallowing and that lump also get a bit bigger what is this problem plz tell me

It is possibly an enlarged lymph node in the neck due to infection in head and neck region. It must be investigated and final diagnosis is confirmed. You would possibly need a course of antibiotics therapy.
