Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

I read your query and can understand the distress that you seem to be having due to your symptoms. From what you have mentioned, it seems that you are suffering from a depressive episode which is further worsened by the fact that you are feeling lonely after your sister's wedding.

I would suggest that sou seek a psychiatric consultation and start treatment. Anti-depressants like escitalopram n would be effective in your condition. In addition, you should also start exercising daily. You can also start writing diary daily. These methods will help you feel relaxed.

Hope this information was helpful. Wishing you speedy recovery.
