Suggest Treatment For Depression

hi i have my driving test soon this will be my fifth time i suffer from depression and am on my own with 5 young children so i really need this please can you reccomend something that will calm my nerves as well as help with my concentration plz this is my last chance if i fail this i cant afford to do any more tests.
