Suggest Treatment For Depression During Pregnancy

After having my first baby I was prescribed Pristiq to assist with coping with prenatal depression, during pregnancy I gained over 30kg, I lost ten but over the last year I have struggled greatly to loose that 20kg. I excercising regularly and watch what I eat. It s beginning to make me feel more and more depressed with my appearance and my relationship is suffering. I would like to try duromine. I have heard it can be prescribed for both my problems. Can you give me some more advice?
