Suggest Treatment For Depression And Panic Attacks

Hello, I am a 58 year old male that has been suffering with depression and anxiety/panic attacks since early childhood. I have felt that my depression has morphed into my real personality. In other words, I don t really know who I am. I was repeatedly sexual molested by family members and friends of my parents and even my stepfather.I am on medications for anxiety that do help somewhat but they are short acting and do not really help. I know what my underlying reasons are for these disorders because I have had my whole life to think about it. I am also on disability for these disorders as well as severe degenerative arthritis [I have an artificial hip joint and I also have 3 merited discs at L 3,4 and 5] and desperately need surgery but my problem is that no Drs. will accept my Medicaid part B insurance. I have tried all therapies and have had many injections in my back to no avail and I am at my wits end. I live on painkillers such as Fentanyl patch and Percocet 10/325. These meds are no longer effective and my GNP doesn t seem to care anymore. I have seem psychiatrists, councelors and can t get any help. What should I do? My anxiety is currently developing into some OCD actions and I can t seem to stop it. I worry about everything and get very little sleep. I get on average 3 hours of broken sleep a day and I am slowly going insane. Any suggestions?
