Suggest Treatment For Delay In Menstruation

Hi, I have been taking adderall for the past couple of months. 20mg a day. I have never had late periods since until this month, I am already couple days late and normally I start to have cramps couple days prior to my period. This time, I haven t had any cramps either! Is it adderall that effecting my cycle?

no it should not be. it may be due to other cause. get checked by gynecologist it may be hormonal imbalance or problem in uterus
