After dat my doc suggests me to take productive f 2 tablets daily and gestofit 300 mg sr per day. My next cycle was supposed to be started on 26th Jan or later as I has a problem of irregular periods. But it suddenly started today almost 8 days early. What can be the reason
Hi. I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.
Actually post abortion it takes minimum of 2 weeks for the ovulation to occur. Because abortion starts a new phase of cycle, it will take a minimum of 4-8 weeks after your abortion to get your regular cycle.
These can also be affected by the type of birth control method you are using or underlying pathology if any.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
Regards, Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
