Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Osteophyte Formation In AC Joint
I had an MRI of the shoulder and it showed minor AC joint degerative osteophyte formation present, I have severe pain with certain movements in my upper arm, this is getter progressively worse and it lis keeping me awake at night and making it hard to do my work, why should my next step be?

It needs Arthroscopic or key hole surgery debridement to remove the osteophytes and repair the tendons if damaged.
