Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
If your hip is arthritic and showing degenerative changes best treatment is replacement surgery. With recent advances in surgical techniques and implants a normal hip implants can survive upto 25 years. Since you are young uncemented implants and ceramic components would be preferred. Longevity of implants also depends in its use. If you are office worker and with limited mobility it has more survival. If you are labourer and requires running implants survive less. So visit expert arthroplasty surgeon nearby you and get it done.
