General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is history of steroid injection and currently fluid type palpable swelling over spine lower part, possible spinal abscess must be ruled out. You must consult your doctor for primary assessment and you may require an evaluation with X-ray lower spine with or without MRI for further guidelines without delay.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
