Suggest Treatment For Degenerated Discs And Fracture Of Vertebral Body

My Mom 64 Years old, suffering now from: 1- Compression wedge fracture of D11 vertebral body with bone marrow edema, no retro pulsed bony fragments or spinal canal compromise. 2- Degenerated discs. 3- D2 intra osseous haemangioma. 4- Marked straightening of the carvical spine. 5- No evidence of bony canal stenosis. 6- The visualized part of the cord and conus appear of normal size, shape and signal intensity with no abnormal masses effect detected. 7- No bony or para-vertebral soft tissue or abnormal signal intensity detected. Please advise me if there is a treatment or suggest me a surgery if it will completely help and fix her pain.
