General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a physician and get evaluated.

The body pain may not be related to potassium deficiency. We have to rule out conditions like fibromyalgia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
