hi im goin to be 31 in 1 months time, i have small dark spot on my right n left cheeks n even my forehead. i when to the dermatologist 1 said its pimple n when to d other one it say pigmentation n pimple. I when to make up artist she say its an open pores. I ask a cosmetiq researcher it say it cant be pigmentation cause im to young for it. So my problem is i dont know which cream i should be using as one of the dermatology gave me retacnyl cream 0.025% use it on even days
