Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be exfoliative ketatolysis ... It msy be csused by soap and detergents. Consult the Dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatmen. I would recommend you to stop the use of soap and detergents. Apply mild steroid cream along with moisturizer cream. Take cap vitsmin A,vitamin E and tab vitamin C for few months.

Hope this helps.
