Suggest Treatment For Dark Patches Around The Neck

Hi I have dark skin patches forming around my neck the skin around my neck feels weird kinda weird. At first I thought it was a birthmark at the back of my neck but it has gradually made its way to the front of my neck should I go in for this? it has been here for a while now.

Sudden dark patches can be part of skin sensitivity to particular agents applied as creams or else ; sun sensitivity or other auto immune process related condition altering the melanin production, transportation from the melanocytes.
