Suggest Treatment For Dark Patches Around My Lips And Neck
Hello,
I am 27 year old, and I have dark patches around my lips and neck. I consulted a Derma Doctor 4 years back, with some cream and tablets, it was fully clear, and now I am getting it back. Rest of my face is clean and healthy. I feel embarrassing with these patches around my mouth and neck. Pl. guide me.

Hi,
It seems that you have facial and neck melanosis. There may be some cause. Cosmetics,deodarants,sun exposure,vitamin B 12 deficiency,anaemia, internal disease,endocrinal diseases,stress..etc may be responsible. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and investigations. Then perfect treatment may be given. Tab of vitamin C,glutathion and nicotinic acid may be taken. Cream containing kojic acid may be applied on the affected area. Cleanising the area with kojic acid and glycolic acid containing face wash would be helpful. If any cause is foun, it may be treated.You may be improved after few months of treatment. I hope you got my answer.
