Hello, Doctor!

I am a 23 year old male and I moved from the US to India in August of 2009, prior to which none of the following symptoms were present. However, recently (for the past 2 or 3 weeks or so), I have started developing dark circles under my eyes, my nose has been running even though I don't think I have a cold, I have to keep clearing my throat due to itching in my throat, and worst of all I have severe headaches at least 4-5 times a week which a re rarely reduced by headache tablets. All these symptoms have been getting worse in the last week or so, and I am starting to get worried, especially about these new dark circles! I would be very grateful for your advise!
