Hi,Today ,i see a ginecologist,i am 42 years old,have endometrial cist od my right ovary,my left ovary is removed 5 years ago,endometrium is 21mm,i have miom 24mm,my doctor gave me tablets primulotnor5 1days twice a day,and when I have my period to take ergometril drops,he said I will have very hevy bleeding and painful period,for that he give me drops,I wery afraid,is this right terapi,or I have cancer.Sorry for my bad englis Ihope you unerstand me.

I can recommend you to do a d&c procedure. The material that comes out should be done a biopsy to check for malignancy. Meanwhile, you can use Primolut to prevent bleeding and anaemia.
