Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

You need to get investigations to know the nature of 'tissue growing in the womb'.

I suggest you consult your gynecologist and get an ultrasound of pelvic organs and endometrial biopsy if required.

These investigations are necessary to know the exact nature of tissue growing in the uterus for its proper management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
