Suggest Treatment For Cystic Fibrosis

My grandson has Cystic Fibrosis. About 4 weeks ago his lung function dropped to 79 at a regular CF checkup, with no symptoms whatsoever. An oral antibiotic, a steroid, and now an IV antibiotic have been administered with no success. Is there anything in the environment that you know of that could cause a drop in lung function with no outward symptoms?

Hello

I am sorry for grandson situation.Usually viral infections are more common factors to deteriorate the lung function. In my opinion just continue the current treatment because it the base diseases the most problematic which is the main case of the situation.

Regards

Dr.Jolanda
