Suggest Treatment For Cystic Acne

I had acne for 8 years now my age is 23.My problem I am getting cystic acne by doing masturbation.If I don t do masturbation I don t get acne.I want not to get acne even if I do masturbation.I have tried all the procedures like accutane,chemical peels,laser but the results are temporary.what is permanent solution for acne?Any surgery is there?
