Suggest Treatment For Cyst In Ovary

I am having 6.3x5.4 cm chocolate cyst in my right ovary & 5.5x4.6 cm chocolate cyst in my left ovary. I am 25 yrs old unmarried girl. Since 3 mnths i am taking danogen 200 once at night now my prds are irregular therefore my dr has prescribed danogen 200 twice a day. Plz tell me is it the right medctn as it causes constpation, acidity & liver pain & how long will it take to cure this cyst as i dnt want to go through laproscopy.

As you are aged only 25 yrs. and having a cysts in both Right and Left ovaries and quite a big size in measurment i.e. 6.3 x 5.4 cm right and 5.5 x 4.6 cm left side, and it is lasting from 3 months, therefore it is my sincerer advise to you that you should go for consultation of any senior gynecological surgeon and get rid of these cysts from your ovaries and be sure to rule out CA-Ovary by biopsy( Hysto-pathological) examination and Tumor Marker ( CA-125) examination immediately .
