Suggest Treatment For Crusty Nostrils While On CPAP Therapy

I have crusty stuff in and around my nose. I ve been using a CPAP with nasal pillows for about 3 months and I thought that was the cause. So I stopped using it to try and allow the nose to clear up and ordered a nasal mask. I have used saline spray, Ayr, triple antibiotic ointment, hydrocortisone cream at various times. So at about 10 days it cleared up for a day or two and then started again, without me having gone back on the CPAP machine. What else can I try?
