Suggest Treatment For Cramps In Upper Back And Shoulder Blades

I started having pain that felt like cramps in the top part of my abs below my chest plate. The pain came out of nowhere. Later I started having pain in my upper back below my shoulder blades. the pain feels like muscle pains and the upper ab pain went away after antiacids. After a day of this I started having mild hot flashes. I havent thrown up but I have felt a little sick from time to time. What could this be?

Hi,

As per your history, it looks you are having chronic muscle spasm it can be either postural, most probably or maybe because of low calcium or high potassium levels.

You need to change your posture during working, reading and watching TV. As these muscles become tender only if you have prolonged same posture.

You can take a high dosage of calcium after consulting your physician. Meantime take muscle relaxants like Zerodol MR that will help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
